UCare Coverage

Coverage under All Risks Protection* (during the 1^st year upon purchase):

• Loss or Damage due to
1. Fire
2. Lightning
3. Flood
4. Burglary by Forcible Entry
5. Armed Robbery
6. Accidental Damage

Coverage under Extended Warranty* (during the 2^nd & 3^rd year upon purchase):

• Available for any computer products or projectors supplied with a 1 year standard warranty by the manufacturer
• Repair works and replacement of part(s) and component(s) that fails to operate as a result of Mechanical or Electrical breakdown
• Repair fees
• Logistics fees (between Service Centre to/from UCare authorised repair centre)

Exclusions*

• Software failures & backing up of file and data.
• Riot, strike, war, terrorism and malicious damage
• Fraud, dishonesty or wilful acts or any intentional acts
• Claims under manufacturer’s warranty
